Founded by Chef Michael Gordon, a Jamaican-born Le Cordon Bleu graduate, the restaurant blends fresh, healing ingredients with a passion for happiness in every bite. Since 2013, Chef Michael has shared his vision of “happy food creates happy souls,” crafting dishes that honor his roots and the belief that food and atmosphere can heal.
